UnlockTrips provides digital access to interactive travel maps and related content. Access may be provided through subscription plans or a one-time lifetime purchase.


No Refunds on Digital Products

All UnlockTrips products and services are digital. Because access to digital content is provided immediately after purchase, the following rules apply:

  • We do not offer refunds for unused time, partial subscription periods, lifetime purchases, or accidental purchases.
  • Once a subscription period has started or a lifetime purchase has been completed, the purchase cannot be refunded.
  • This applies to all subscription plans (monthly, 6-month, yearly) as well as lifetime access purchases.

EU Digital Content Notice

By purchasing access to UnlockTrips digital content, you expressly agree that access to the service begins immediately after purchase.

You also acknowledge that, under applicable EU consumer protection laws regarding digital content, you lose the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the digital service has been fully delivered or access has been granted.


Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not require cancellation.


Technical Issues & Billing Errors

We guarantee that every customer receives proper access to the service they purchased.

If you experience any issues such as:

  • Problems accessing maps or subscription features
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Technical errors preventing normal use
